My 21st Birthday Celebration @ Bulgogi Brothers, Pavilion

Today is the last day before i enter to the club of finally-21-and-legally-to-do-anything!

So yeap, my birthday falls on 1st of April, the April's Fool day, where people easily remember and happily play tricks on me to celebrate my BIG day :)

This year my friends celebrated my advanced birthday at Bulgogi Brothers @ Pavilion, a Korean BBQ restaurant. It located at the 6th floor of Pavilion, just opposite to the TGIF restaurant.

FYI, Bulgogi Brothers restaurant is originating from the Gangnam district in Seoul, South Korea and Bulgogi Brothers is now open at Paradigm Mall, Pavilion KL, e@Curve and Mid Valley Megamall.

        From their Facebook fan page,
'' Bulgogi Brothers opened its first restaurant in Gang-Nam, Seoul, Korea in October 2006. Since then, it has provided gourmands with high quality meat dishes and an impressive roster of beverages — all priced reasonably. To date, Bulgogi Brothers has more than 40 branches spread across South Korea including 3 in Philippines and 1 in Canada.

As can be gleaned from its name, the Bulgogi Brothers specializes in Korean cuisine and bulgogi -- marinated barbecued meat, the most representative form of gogigui or Korean barbecue. The word itself literally means "fire meat" in Korean, derived from the Pyongan dialect.

In addition to assorted bulgogi, Bulgogi Brothers also serves rice dishes, seafood, stew and noodles, including an extensive beverage list such as fruit ades, Korean liquor (including soju), wine, beer, and fresh fruit juices, among others.

The dining experience is enhanced by a Western-style, cozy ambience with K-Pop playing in the background and the brand’s service, which is efficient, friendly and ebullient. ''

I love Korean cuisine and this is a good restaurant that served Korean cuisine that i highly recommended for their delicious dishes and good services. Their signature marinated barbecued meats are so juicy and succulent, they tasted even yummy by wrapping in the fresh vegetable and served with their special sauces.

Not forgetting about their Bimbibap, the Korean "mixed rice" that comes with meat or chicken of your choice, variety of vegetables and a raw egg to be mixed together in a hot bowl. Their bimbibap is the best so far i have tasted, better than Dubu-Dubu and Bee Won (in my own opinion lah based on what i tasted on that day), stirred together thoroughly with the special gochujang or the chilli pepper paste before served. The portion is very big and many of my friends shared it with two people.

The service was extremely good that straight after we ordered our foods, they served us with their complementary welcoming nibbles, six refillable side dishes for each table, a complementary pumpkin soup for everyone and also tea of the day, oksusu cha or the corn tea.

Till then, goodbye!

It's all about GRATITUDE

This week has been a very busy week. Studies, lectures, programs, meetings and practices, luckily there are no exams or tests on these few weeks. Yet.

Yes, i have been start to piling up my lectures notes, again. From the first day of Semester 2, until now. Really feel regret and ashamed when the people around me were busying packing up their brain cells, seriously no joking there are like each and every brain cells, with every words every pictures every diagrams that printed in every slides of the lecture notes. And their hands and eyes are always with the lecture notes, not forget about the zillionsss of brain cells too, like cannot separate one, just like Tom and Jerry, no matter where is it when is it how is it. And now i also wonder WHY IS IT. Just like tomorrow there will be a test. A professional exam. Or more suitable a world war, perhaps. If you dont pack up your internal memory up to 500GB, then prepare to die. LOL.

        Forget about the studies.

Recently i have been busy recruiting my course-mates and friends to join the competition under the program which i'm the Exco Program. Frankly speaking, this job should be done by the Exco Publicity, but the Felo ordered us Exco Program to do it, we're like a Pengarah of this program now, from calling and inviting the pengetua and felo to creating event and inviting people and recruiting people to join the competition, they are ALL our matters.

But, thanks to my positive thinking mind and the law of attraction, i really feel so happy and blessed and thankful that many of my course-mates are interesting to join the competition, ended up i have found 4 groups which composed of 12 people. Really a thousand BIG THANK YOU to all of you! It's like giving me a hand when i need it the most :)

It's not the happy people that are thankful,
it's the thankful people who are happy!

That's all for today. Gonna ready for the meeting and rehearsal for tonight and hope everything goes smoothly :)

P/S: Hope this week will end FASTER!

3D Trick Art Museum @ i-City

Decided to blog about my visit to the i-city (aka City of Digital Lights), Shah Alam after viewing all the photos that left unposted in the album. I think me, Jiayi and Bih went to i-City, Shah Alam very spontaneously due to many classes were cancelled and we were very very free and have nothing to do except eat and sleep and watch Korean drama in the hostel lol.

We went there by the public transport, and trust me the travel journey back and froth was the most boring and tiring one, and it took us nearly 3 hours to reach there because we changed our long pants to short pants at KL Sentral there wtf. Don't ask me why, it was because of the strict and stupid rule of our hostel, if we want to go out we need to wear long pants, you can't cheat coz you will pass by the guard house if you wanna go out wth. And it's the one and the only entrance and exit for our hostel.

Let me summed up the route we took to our destination. Below are the journey we took from Titiwangsa monorail station to i-City, Shah Alam.

1. Taxi ---> Titiwangsa monorail station
2. Titiwangsa monorail station ---> KL Sentral (the last station) This is where we changed our long pants to short pants and the toilet was in long queue it took us nearly 45 mins to get ready to the next route lol!
3. KL Sentral ---> KTM komuter to Shah Alam / Padang Jawa station (Sentul - Pelabuhan Klang route) This is the most boring and tiring route!
4. Taxi ---> i-City (around 5-10 minutes to reach there)

So, i think you guys can figure out why we took nearly 3 hours++ to reach there lol!

We visited the 3D Trick Art Museum, Snowalk and enjoy the night view of City of Digital Lights at there. For 3D Trick Art Museum, the ticket was priced at only 5 MYR and for the City of Digital Lights the admission was free! And for Snowalk, the ticket was priced at 25 MYR per adult before 6pm, 35 MYR after 6pm! This post will be featuring only the 3D Trick Art Museum since my phone was in low battery warning after we finished visited the museum, the only main reason was we can't help but took so much pictures at there haha :P

So now let the pictures do the talking (they speaks lolol!) and tell you the story! Be ready for seriesss of funny pictures haha!
